Directions: This is a dry rub seasoning.

Beef - For steaks sprinkle generously
on both sides and grill and cook.

For thick cuts of meat roll meat in seasoning and grill.

Pork - Sprinkle pork with seasoning, do not over use.

Ribs - Sprinkle ribs with seasoning, do not over use.

Eggs - Sprinkle eggs with seasoning, prior to cooking.

Poultry - Sprinkle lightly onto both sides of poultry or place 1 tsp.
of seasoning into 1 cup of BBQ sauce and spread onto poultry

Fish - Sprinkle lightly both sides of fish and grill or
sprinkle into warmed butter for added flavor
